A simple Day 3 yoga flow
Practice for 10 minutes:
- Begin with gentle neck and shoulder rolls.
- Move through 5 slow Cat-Cow stretches.
- Practice 3 rounds of gentle Sun Salutations.
- Hold Downward-Facing Dog for 3–5 breaths.
- Finish with a seated forward fold.
- Rest quietly for one minute.
- Move slowly and avoid forcing your body into any position. If you feel pain, stop and return to a comfortable posture.
